  • Sigh… my disappointed Parsi wife urged me to write this. It’s not pronounced as PACK, it’s P. A. C! The chapatis you mentioned are called rotlis – it is what Parsis eat at home every day.

    And the thing that PAC is famous for is its mutton samosas, ghari, puff, even the bafenu. The puff is up there with the best. Its patties are a distant second.
